Role: Software Test Engineers

Job Description : 

• Manual Tester, Automation Testing is desirable,
• Prior Application Support Experience OR inclination towards providing application support is required (post testing maintenance).
• Good knowledge on Databases (writing queries).
• Should be an expert in Test cases, Test Plans, Have to validate test results, Good in Test Director.
• Excellent Communication skills is Compulsory ( will have US interaction).
• Domains in order of preference: salesforce, any ERP, CRM.. Avoid typical Banking & Financials services projects.

Technical Skills : QA & Business Analyst ( Application Support ) with experience in business applications CRM, ERP etc.

Experience : upto 2 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business requirements; conduct business analysis, understanding business practices and approaches and recommending business process changes.
• Plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
• Conduct significant systems testing; support data conversions; support local system rollouts; exercise any required project management and execute all work in alignment with system plans.
• Understand, propose, and help implement new business processes through business operations and new systems. Work to continually understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, and work them seamlessly into the bigger picture.
• Help users develop processes, procedures, and training.
• May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
• During times of emergencies, outages and project planned work; employees are expected to be on call and available until the event is addressed. During system conversions, extra effort may be required in order to ensure the roll out of the system is successful.
• Perform Application Support Activities as needed
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related field
